A 34-person group of Muslim converts visited Razavi Holy Shrine. These people were from United States, Canada, Congo, Kuwait, England, and France.
According to Astan News, this group of Muslim converts has come to Iran to participate in courses of Shi’ite studies held by Qom's institute of Islamic studies. They will go on the pilgrimage of Imam Reza's (A.S.) Holy Shrine in this trip as well.
On the sideline of this visitation, one of the professors of a foreign Islamic school stated, "Getting more understanding and awareness on Islam is my purpose of visiting Razavi Holy Shrine. Therefore, it should be strived to provide other new Muslims with a situation at this shrine in which they can exchange their ideas and opinions.
Isabel Maria Fernandez stated, "Astan Quds Razavi has had a successful background in comparison to other similar organizations and it could be taken as a model by other organizations".
She went on, "Islamic society has to change Islamic ethics into social rules and these rules will pave the way of wide spreading and propagating Islamic ethics in other Muslim countries in a right way".
Fatima Hydora, another Muslim convert, said, "Efforts should be made to train capable translators in religious issues so that programs and their introduction can be transferred to the non-Iranian pilgrims".
Presence of capable translators will also create a situation in which the possibility of forming positive and constructive interactions is increased a lot.
